I was the head of the creative department and managed a team of 9 designers, photo editors and art directors. Was responsible for all creative direction for the brand across print, digital, marketing and events. Redesigned the print magazine which not only increased brand awareness and engagement but also increased newsstand sales +22% for the redesign issue. Oversaw the redesign of the website along with various marketing and advertising projects, pitch decks, native cover concepts and maintained a budget 10k-15k below required.
